1. Validity

The terms and conditions relate to the shipment of goods from Sic Truth Clothing. Only Swiss law applies. Modifications and supplementary agreements are only effective if they are confirmed in writing by the seller beforehand.

2. Shipment

The shipment of goods is based on orders over the internet. Goods are usually shipped with the package service of the Swiss Post. The corresponding shipping costs will be charged.

The customs duties are charged separately. The seller is entitled, without giving reasons, to discontinue or restrict the shipment service of goods.

3. Order / Delivery Times

All orders by the purchaser are binding. The buyer has to make sure in his own interest, that the postal address, e-mail and telephone number are correct and complete. For any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses or damage during mail delivery no liability can be accepted by the seller. Only one delivery address can be registered per order.

Shipping and delivery within Switzerland usually takes 2-4 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping and delivery abroad usually takes 5-12 business days after order confirmation.

If the delivery times differ significantly from those described above or is an ordered item not in stock, the buyer will be informed via email about the delivery delay.

The goods can be returned within 30 days after delivery. They must be in excellent and unused condition as well as in the original package. If no replacement is asked, the purchase will be refunded (excluding shipping costs) to the bank or PayPal account on record. If the return is not within the period specified, the goods shall be deemed accepted by the customer.

4. Payment

Until full payment is made by the purchaser the goods remain property of the seller.

The prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss Francs) and inclusive of VAT.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or via PayPal. Orders worth over CHF 300.00 will be shipped only after pre payment (bank transfer) is made.

If the buyer is in default, the seller charges a reminder fee of CHF 15.00 in addition to the purchase price.

5. Privacy / Website / Copyright

The seller is obligated not to disclose any personal information of the buyer to third parties. All personal information will be treated confidentially.

The entire content of this website is protected by copyright (all rights reserved). All brands or logos cited on this website represent intellectual property.

All products and materials published by the seller are copyrighted and permitted only for private use.

6. Disclaimer

The seller is not liable for damages as a result of transmission errors, delayed forwarding of orders, technical defects, disturbances and interferences in the facilities of the network operators.

All liability is excluded and limited as far as the Swiss Law permits. Furthermore, the seller is not liable for damages caused by higher power.

The seller is not responsible for the content of linked pages and declines any responsibility for direct or indirect damages due to accessing the website. The seller is also not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

7. Final Provisions

Amendments to the General Terms remain reserved at all times. For all legal disputes the court of jurisdiction is Zurich.

(In case of deviations, the German version of the general terms shall prevail)
